Customers who have a SBI Shinsei Bank account, the PowerFlex Account, can use the following features:  1. You will be able to load foreign currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, AUD) other than JPY. 2. In principle, you will be able to load your card 24/7 and it will be reflected in your card balance right away. 3. You can automatically load a pre-set amount from your SBI Shinsei Bank account. 4. In principle, refunds will also be available 24/7. Note that the Flex function can be added when you apply for your GAICA or you can add it later.
