If you are applying for the GAICA card for the first time and require the Flex function, please apply through “Sign-up for GAICA Flex Prepaid Card.” If you already have a GAICA Prepaid Card (without Flex function) and wish to add the Flex function, please apply through “Adding the Flex function to your GAICA Prepaid Card” by newly opening a SBI Shinsei Bank account, the PowerFlex Account, etc.
