For both “Sign-up for GAICA Flex Prepaid Card” and “Adding the Flex function to your GAICA Prepaid Card,” please log in to SBI Shinsei Bank’s PowerDirect (Internet banking) and carry out the application procedures at GAICA’s dedicated application page. For the “Sign-up for GAICA Flex Prepaid Card,” you will need to enter information as a part of the GAICA application procedures.
