【GAICA】I have forgotten my PIN for my card. What should I do?

回答

Please inquire to the  GAICA Customer Service Desk . We will mail a PIN notification letter to your home which will take at least one week to arrive. (The fee for sending the PIN notification letter is 220 JPY including tax.) Cancellation after the procedures is not possible. Please understand in advance that for security reasons we cannot tell you your new PIN by telephone or through the Internet.
