【GAICA】Can I have my card reissued?
回答
Reissue is possible. Please contact the GAICA Customer Service Desk .
A fee (1,000 JPY + tax) will be applied to reissue the card. Said fee will be withdrawn from the JPY card balance. Please note that if the card balance is insufficient, an additional loading will be required.
