【GAICA】The upload of My Number/ID Documents is not going well. What should I do?

回答

Sometimes you will not be able to upload due to the condition of your device or the communication status. Please carry out the procedures using a different device or carry out the procedures when we send you the documents for submission by mail one week to ten days after the upload e-mail is delivered.
