【GAICA】If I load the card using JPY, can I use it in any country?
You will be able to use your card within your load balance at overseas ATMs displaying the Visa and PLUS logos and at overseas and domestic Visa affiliated stores.

* However, please note that you cannot use your GAICA card at the following stores.
• Monthly and continuing contract use charges
(Examples) Utility charges (electricity, gas, and water) / telephone charges / communications charges (Internet provider use charges, satellite broadcasts and CATV viewing charges) / newspaper subscription fees (including electronic editions) / insurance premiums / correspondence education course fees / all other kinds of monthly membership fees, etc.• Gas stations
• Expressway road tolls (staffed booths)
• Sales on airplanes, sales on boats
• Use for the purpose of deposits for hotels and rental cars (payment guarantees) (Can be used for the settlement of hotel and rental car charges)
• Payments of each type of prepaid card, electronic cash, and load charges
