【GAICA】What happens in the case that I have a GAICA Flex Prepaid Card but I have cancelled my SBI Shinsei Bank account?

In the case that customers who have a GAICA Flex cancel their SBI Shinsei Bank account, this does not result in your automatic (or linked) withdrawal from your GAICA card membership, so you can use the balance that you have already loaded. On the other hand, loading and refunds are not possible. Furthermore, changing the SBI Shinsei Bank account associated with the GAICA card is not allowed, so if you are going to continue using the card, please withdraw the contracted GAICA Flex Prepaid Card and apply again. However, a dedicated transfer account is allocated to customers who have added the Flex function later , so these customers can continue to use the card. In that case, the only currency that can be used is the yen.
