【GAICA】If I submit a power of attorney, can anyone in my family load the card?
回答
The family members to whom delegation is possible are limited to the spouse, parents, grandparents, and children (over 18 years old, excluding high school students) of the card member him/herself. Only the family members stated in the delegation notification will be able to load to the GAICA card. Submission of the “delegation notification of the GAICA deposit procedures” is necessary for a family member other than the member him/herself to transfer to the dedicated load account.
