【GAICA】I cannot use my card even though I loaded it. What should I do?
【You have not activated your card】
Activation, that is the use registration procedure, is necessary before using the card. Please carry out the procedures at the “アクティベイト” (Activate) menu on the Member-Only Site.
【Insufficient card balance】
You cannot use a card if the card balance is insufficient with respect to the use amount. Please check your card balance on the “残高照会” (Balance inquiry) menu of the Member-Only Site.
【Insufficient card balance (non-reflection of the loaded funds)_GAICA】
Depending on the time of day, reflection of the transferred load amount in the card balance may take time.
The uploaded balance will be reflected at 10:00, 13:00 and 16:00 Japan Standard Time (JST) on the business days of the financial institutions. Please confirm your card balance on the Member-Only Site. Note that if you make a transfer outside of the business hours of the financial institution, it will be reflected in your card balance at 10:00 (JST) the following business day.
【Insufficient card balance (non-reflection of the loaded funds)_GAICA Flex】
The load will not be completed if the account balance of the PowerFlex account in your name is insufficient with respect to the designated load amount when loading from the “チャージ” (Load) menu on the Member-Only Site. Please check the account balance of your PowerFlex account and load again.
In addition, if SBI Shinsei Bank’s Internet banking service (PowerDirect) is undergoing system maintenance, there is a possibility that even if you have loaded your card from the “チャージ” (Load) menu on the Member-Only Site, the load may not be reflected in your card balance. If this should be the case, please confirm the account balance of your PowerFlex account and carry out the load procedures again.
【Exceeding transaction limit】
You will not be able to use your card if the spending limit is set at zero (0) yen or if your card use amount has exceeded the transaction limit. Please check the limit you have set at the Member-Only Site.
