【GAICA】I received an e-mail notification saying my load balance is insufficient. What should I do?

回答

Due to the payment processing methods of card shopping affiliated stores, there are some cases in which the stores will claim for the difference due to the difference in the exchange rate, etc. on a later date different from the debit on the day of use. Please confirm the load balance on the Member-Only Site, and load the insufficient amount on to the card. Note that the card cannot be used in a state of insufficient balance.
