First, please log in to the Member-Only Site to check whether the registered e-mail address is correct. Next, in the case that you have blocked the receipt of certain incoming e-mails, please unblock “@aplus.co.jp” and “@aplus.jp”, the domains of our company.
If you still cannot receive e-mail notifications from us even after checking the above two steps, please contact the GAICA Customer Service Desk .
